Extinguisher Service & Maintenance Training Courses

There has been a need for some time to have a northern/centrally based training facility for service engineers or those who wish to have more in depth technical training on fire extinguishers.

Independent Fire & Safety Training Ltd can now offer that facility with a venue based very close to the M62/M1 in West Yorkshire.

We offer the following courses:

3½ Day Extinguisher Service & Maintenance (with FETA Exam)
AIM: An opportunity to obtain a F.E.T.A. certificate by completing our course and completing the F.E.T.A. theoretical and practical assessments. Successful candidates passing the assessments will receive an industry recognised formal qualification.
LOCATION: West Yorkshire or customer's site providing sufficient numbers of delegates available and suitable premises.
DURATION: Three and a half days
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Those involved in service and maintenance procedures or who require an in depth knowledge of portable fire fighting equipment.
CERTIFICATE: F.E.T.A.

1 Day Fire Extinguisher - Refresher
AIM: To update those already with a formal qualification on the latest servicing standard BS 5306 Part 3:2003 and correct service procedures.
LOCATION: West Yorkshire or customer's site providing sufficient numbers of delegates available and suitable premises.
DURATION: One day
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Those already with a formal qualification in service and maintenance procedures.
CERTIFICATE: Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.

1 Day Fire Extinguisher - Stored Pressure
AIM: To provide theoretical and practical training to those with a formal qualification in maintenance procedures.

CERTIFICATE: Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
